These three single energy programs offer a unique combination for supporting many of life issues as well as the desire to create from energy. For optimal effect we suggest using them in this fashion: Rotate Receiving the energy of Connection, Exploring Transformation, and Extending Connection to an area of your life. Repeat this sequence. Listen as often as you are drawn. For instance if you listen on Monday and then not again until Wednesday, then simply move to the next energy program in the sequence.
Using them in this way is very profound. It offers the cells the support needed to move through even the most habituated patterns of consciousness. It builds a stable base for the personality to feel safe and be held, while unwinding what needs to change to create what you desire.

This program is designed to allow the student both mental awareness of the process of transformation as well as the energetic skills needed to merge with and transform what is currently present. In this way greater application is achieved. It allows for tremendous change to occur in areas where previously there may not have been much movement.
